A pair of Lange 1815's DNA....

Hi Folks,

Put up a post not long ago a piece which i own after much trouble tracking it down.As Peter mentioned in his post these pieces are made in pairs and limited.

Giving the nature of limited therefore its should be very much sough after.Original 1815 chronograph's dial look some how too empty and plain, well some argue it as purer and no disturbance.Personally,i love the center engraving of fine craftmanship  made by the engravers in Lange.

The center engraving of these pieces have no doubt brought it to another level of enjoyment.Chronograph is practically for timing time and the engraving part has made the watch alive in the forms of art.

Gentleman,please enjoy.....

Both side by side shot.....

Rose gold piece......

White gold piece........

Again side by side shot......

Night shot........

Wrist shot......

Lange 1815 chrono engraving have touched deep inside my heart in my pursuit of fine watches. The center engraving gave an additional tranquility to this already fine, wellknown, gentleman's chrono watch.

Hope you all enjoy it.Thanks.

BHK9

G'day, thanks for sharing and congratulations on such a nice pair!! And they are in fact so special; the massive silver dials are hand engraved with Guilloche patterns by the same engravers who are in charge for Lange´s famous hand-engraved balance cocks....

you have read my mind...
