For me it’s the regulator. I don’t have anything like it and it’s a bit different from the normal tourbillon layout
I like your choice too but I can’t stop seeing a human face when I look at it.

I don't know if I've ever seen this collage before.
The platinum Tourbillon PLM is my favorite of this bunch, though I prefer it in yellow gold.
