Finally the RG Dato I bought my first Dato in platinum with black dial back in 2001 I loved the idea of the watch and its movement but the dial really didn't speak to me so it stayed in the safe beeing worn a few times a year. Then in 2005 my heart skiped...

The RG Dato is a real winner - the warmth of RG wedded to Lange's Teutonic sensibilities. Having also saved and saved for my dream watch this year, I can imagine your excitement. Congratulations and may it bring you much joy this holiday season...and beyo...

this is the piece where most of us are admiring, the Dato is on my next wish list too.

Congratulations! You are going to love it. I too had the PT/black version. Almost a year ago I was able to get the RG/black version. I like the rose tone much more. Happy Holidays!...

are a lucky man! Wear this ultimate watch in only the best of health! I had the pleasure of seeing this watch in person in Las Vegas a few weeks ago and must say that it has been added to my wish list. I would still keep my PT Dato as the two watches are ...

you might want to err...try it on for size, before christmas though to make sure it fits ..... even if it takes a few hours or so to be sure ! ;) the Dato in RG is a lovely watch, wear in the best health!

why.... oh.... why.... would a sensible, cogent gentleman wait 2 years?!? I have searched through all my psychiatric textbooks and watch catalogues and still cannot answer that vexing question. Mayhaps its is beyond the ken of mere psychiatrists? :-) Rega...
