Its size is ok for your wrist in my opinion

Not a big fan of Roger Dubuis. As case sizes is something significant for you, why not the following:

- Vacheron Constantin Les Historiques chrono 47101 - Blancpain Villeret 6185 (you have a model in white gold and copper dial which is truly gorgeous) - Ulysse Nardin monopusher 386-22? Best wishes Alkiro

47101 for a small wrist

As long as there's no lug over-hang...

 By: Dufourism : February 4th, 2018-01:25
It should be fine...

Super class.

Those lugs really look on the edge, but if you like it and it feel comfy on the wrist I think that's what's important, only you can tell. I love it. Best, Vte

I'm sorry to say it but it's not going to be easy.

The 1815 is 39,5 mm, smaller than that for a modern high end chrono is quite unlikely to find. Maybe you should try to find a nice vintage chrono, they used to be smaller back in the days. Right now the one that comes to my mind, a favorite of mine, it's ...

To me it looks big on your wrist...

 By: CR : February 4th, 2018-12:17
... but that shouldn't stop you if you love it. I have quite a few watches that look ridiculously large on my wrist. It doesn't bother me. I bet you can find a really nice, high-end, vintage sub-37mm chrono -- especially if you're okay with yellow gold (w...

Looks good to me !

Not big at all.

 By: Luis6 : February 4th, 2018-02:39
Please don’t use it as an excuse for not to get the watch 😁

You are devil. :) [nt]

 By: Musigny82 : February 4th, 2018-02:50

Yes, it is a little too large. The solution, however, is easy.

 By: kjkt3 : February 4th, 2018-03:07
Get a bigger wrist. Do some simple hand-strength exercises every day.

It is a bit big, IMO...but hard to say no to this one.

If it's comfortable, then still consider whether its size might work for you (e.g., too big for a dress watch, but it may work as a more casual watch). The 1815 black dial chrono is a great piece. Cheers, John

Looks perfect!

But you are the ultimate judge of course as to how you think it looks and feels on the wrist. Gorgeous piece I just add!

Looks very nice on your wrist actually.

Does not look big at all especially given it's a black dial. Makes it looks smaller than its actual size.

That 1815 Chrono looks perfectly fine on your wrist..............

 By: TonyR : February 4th, 2018-08:46
I don't know what size watch you typically wear but I rotate from as low as 37mm and as high as 45mm and when you move from the highest range to the lowest or vice versa it takes a little while to get used to the new size. I am wondering if that effect is...

Thank you TonyR.

 By: Musigny82 : February 4th, 2018-17:40
Right now in my collection the biggest watch is a Jaquet Droz 39mm with almost 50mm lug to lug. Somehow I don’t find it too big despite the slight lug over hang! I think the 1815 Chronograph shall wear quite similar to this. ...

Interesting..........

 By: TonyR : February 4th, 2018-20:15
I didn't know them came in 39mm's. I've owned 2 JD's previously both were 43 mm like the ones pictured below. If it means anything, they both wore much larger on me than than 1815 Chrono. With that being said I wish I still had the rose gold JD as I kind ...

I have the same problem as you; my wrist is quite narrow...

 By: Poky : February 4th, 2018-09:46
The watch looks a bit big for your wrist but I think you can get away with it because it has a sporty look. You can also cheat by putting a slightly thicker strap (not too thick as it can affect the lugs and spring bars in the long term). Thicker strap hi...

I think it looks great

The black dial is harder to photograph. If it fits under your shirt cuff I think you're in business with this beauty.

Thank you :) [nt]

Like this Fx?.........

I happened to love the Big Inge it was just way too big and heavy to pull off on my small wrist! Tony ...

Or these, haha...

on your wrist

 By: sham1 : February 5th, 2018-00:40
is my favourite chronograph in the market. I do not usually like a black dial watch but on this Lange, it is perfect. I have tried this watch on too and yes it is just about the maximum size you can get away with in your small wrist. My main concern would...

Thank you for your advise Sham :)

I am not so sensitive about the weight. As a matter of fact I have been wearing my Platinum Lange 1 for a whole week now and do not feel the weight an issue. I feel that the 1815 Chronograph in white gold is around the same weight of my Lange 1. So that’s...

In that case....

You should seriously consider buying the 1815 chrono. It will be one your favourite watches I am sure of that
