I haven't seen Lange 1 Blue Dial posts lately and thought it deserves some discussion. So here are two variants of Lange 1 blue dial: 1) New 191.028 Lange 1 variant which was introduced in 2017. Although not a novelty, these models are hard to come by. I ...  

And for any who really care, will "go" with a greater variety of clothing. I simply think the darker blue makes a more serious statement. Next to it, the light blue looks like a "party" watch. FH

Now, regardless of the dial, Lange really needs to give the hands / indices a brushed finish, as the reflections on the highly polished hands make them disappear into the dial at some angles. Lange is not the only culprit: Rolex too slaps the same polishe... 

legibility in certain lighting is difficult with lange 1's polished hands. I would say, Lange 1 silver dial does have a lume which makes it more legible

The new blue is too feminine for me. It is beautiful (I love the color blue), but just not for me...

I find the new version more appealing and the light blue a better choice to dress up and down the Lange. In this regard, the black strap fits better the dark dial, but any other strap color would make the new Lange shine. Imagine this new dial with a brow...
