but with Moritz Grossmann Cornerstone and Lang & Heyne Georg there are very nice rectangular watches available from Saxony.

I will say that the Cabaret is an exceptional watch and something that Lange could possibly bring back in the future with a couple of tweaks. I see dress/casual watches malijg a comeback so who knows 🤷♂️
