When the Datograph was released at Basel, Thierry Stern kept walking by the Lange booth and looking at the movement. I guess he couldn't believe that a German company could make such a watch
It was the black polish that pulled me to this model
I really wanted the dato (more than other langes) for its intricate movement and finishing

Up/down as I love PR indicators. I still will consider if I have the opportunity. The Roman numerals is a nice difference. The sub dials are an off white which has nice vintage feel
