Langematik Anniversary Jubilee (ref. no. 302.025) Census...

 By: CR : May 22nd, 2015-19:56
Hi All, The Langematik Anniversary (PT, enamel dial) was produced around 2001 and was limited to 500 pieces. I always suspected that only about 250 (and not all 500) were sold to the public, based upon how (in)frequently they appear on the preowned market...

Thanks to all who replied privately. Here is the updated census...

What is the story behind the two stolen watches?

 By: kha1400 : October 30th, 2015-15:23
Does anyone have any background on the watches?.

Yes.

 By: CR : October 30th, 2015-17:15
#28 was stolen this year, in late April/early May of 2015. It was stolen either in Japan or in California, USA, when enroute from one Forum member to another. #185 was stolen from Nico ("amanico"). For a list of other stolen Lange watches, or to add yours...

203,252 exists. Just one note - I have also discussed this topic with a long time Lange employee, and he/she confirmed that 500 is produced. They were as surprised about why Blümlein made such a decision; and they were very happy when all 500 were deliver...

Thank you Alp
