"Germany" vs. "Made in Germany" on Zeitwerk?

Hello Purists,


I noticed that Zeitwerk Date model has a "Germany" stamp on the dial, whereas all the other previous Zeitwerk models (time-only, lumen, striking time, decimal strike and MR) have "Made in Germany". I was wondering if this is indicative of any change in the manufacturing process, sourcing of components etc? Any information is appreciated! Some sample pictures are attached ...

Social distancing pushed some of the watchmakers across the border due to Glashutte's close proximity to the Czech Republic. Hence the 'Germany' label. Fear not, you will start seeing 'Made in Germany' again as the factory should be fully staffed.

Zeitwerk date was released in early 2019, much before the pandemic and they have the “Germany” stamp ... 🤔

My best guess is that the addition of the date wheel altered the profile of the bridge where "Made in Germany" would normally be seen. The full text would likely no longer fit as well Further, with the addition of the date, "Made in Germany" would be an e...
