Quality Service Experience Through A. Lange & Sohne website

I previously posted some disappointment that I did not receive service paperwork for one of my Lange watches that recently received a full service. All I received from my AD was a non-descriptive invoice. I filled out my watch service inquires through "contact" on Lange's website and provided full details on two watches referencing the model, case and movement numbers and other specific details. Within three business days I received electronically the service records I requested and confirmation of warranty extensions on both watches. A very nice lady named Kristina from Lange emailed me directly.  I am quite pleased.

She's wonderful. I always thought Glashütte was great to work with, though sometimes a bit slow. Sounds like the "slow" has been rectified. I had the same problem with Journe recently but once I registered a (mild) complaint I got the service papers via e...
