but I prefer the guilloché pattern on your dial. As for the steel version, I'm personally not attracted to it: no guilloché dial and blue (=too expected) dial.
...but with my small wrists, I'm not sure I could pull it off though. Would need to spend time with one in person to decide. Looks absolutely perfect on you!
I think the newness isn't it anymore, for me it comes down to versatility, looks and comfort/presence. I like to look at it on the wrist and I enjoy the heft of the WG, it has a certain presence and feel on the wrist that I enjoy.
