Congratulations to own the first FP Journe timepiece. Havana dial is less classic and more casual than the white dial. I have the red gold version.

It's something different. This dial with these hands is a great match (I do love the red gold too).

Is the manufacture open to visits? I might be heading to Geneva in a few months

For visits, it was organised through a friend. I don't know if they do it regularly.

I do want to sprinkle the collection with more independent pieces.

I try to have a collection which is diverse but still within certain constraints of my taste.

I am hoping to get an opportunity to visit the manufacture this spring if possible. I have been to a few other places the past years and I find it interesting to compare the production methods, see the machines, tools etc. and ask a lot of nerdy questions...
