SBGM027

I remember a WIS friend once said GS is a "slow burner". I did not quite understand him then but I now completely agree with him!
Because, just when I thought that I have had enough Seiko's in my collection and that I need to indulge myself with different brands, different shapes and sizes, different types of complications, etc then this piece came along and destroyed my plan.
I assure you I am not a Seiko Enthusiast only because I adore JLC and aspire for other brands too but I just can't resist to something like this
or this
and this!
and when I explored its details further under my macro lens, I completely felt weak in my knees! How can anyone possibly resist such a temptation! I know I can't!
I am pretty sure the ones who love Rolex (I do too) will not like the idea of putting the two together, but I just can't help doing that knowing a friend of mine owning this piece
One may say the 16570 is the inspiration for the GS SBGM027, I will go for the latter in a heartbeat, without any hesitation at all, and I will do it again and again!
By the way, this is my first!
Now that I think I have had enough Grand Seiko, I will go and hunt for the one that I aspire . Who knows? Maybe another GS will come along and destroy my plan again! Thanks for watching!
