Yes, I owned this watch for a short while.
It is gorgeously executed. But somehow did not fit into my collection.
The execution is flawless but
Placement of the screws and jewels is a mess, I wish they had tried harder to do something artistically meaningful with that too.
According to Seiko, the placement is very deliberate
and represents a stream (the blue screws) and the sun reflecting off of it (the jewels) that the bell flower is next too.

That's the pattern on the top of the spring barrel. Cazalea Upper plate off Not too many places underneath to receive those screws that were bothering folks... ...

First time I think I peer under the top plate. Everytime I see that caseback it reminds me of a 12 gauge shotgun target, can't help myself
Credor. Fantastic watch but very confused marketing and pricing strategy - watches for below USD 500 and above multiple USD 10s of thousands all under the same brand name…
Personally I would have put Grand Seiko and the higher end offering of Credor all under the brand name of Credor and get rid of the low end stigma that the Seiko name carries in many consumers’ minds.

Sorry you had this experience . I own five GS and an Eichi II . They are wonderful watches and are well regarded by watch enthusiast and professional reviewers . The level of finishing on the Eichi II is superb on any level . One can quibble with design b...
It’s kind of like saying
“I had a bad experience with a Skoda Fabia, never do I want an Audi R8”.
I love mine.
Very well made and finished. Not as many flaws as compared to my other Swiss high ends.
