Seiko PR informed me this morning:
Seiko Presage, which has inherited Seiko’s watchmaking tradition, will release 3 limited-edition models that pay homage to the design of the Crown Chronograph. These mechanical watches in SS case, with date, mounted on bracelet, use the 6R35 movement, feature 70 hrs power reserve, are 41 x 11 mm, water resistant to 10 BAR and have different dial colors. Available soon but no price was given today.

The Crown Chronograph, Japan’s first wristwatch with a stopwatch function, was developed in 1964 for the first international sports event held in Japan. In acknowledgment of the year of the Crown Chronograph’s release, 1964, the number of each watch will be limited to 1964 units.
