Thanks for sharing this -- I'll have to show it to my girlfriend, who was Korean up until a couple of weeks ago and now is American (not related to hamburgers but to the fact that Korea doesn't allow dual citizenship! ;-))

I think these cannot be a huge huge difference in terms of taste....most gourmet burgers are good. I'm happy with my local Stack 571 and Le-Chon, even Shake Shack or Five Guys is good for me. ...  

If my wife didn't walk in 5 minutes ago with a Costco roasted chicken... Darn you Raymond!
