Only downside is all the cleaning every time I use it. There are Grill Detailing crews who come to your house to restore it. Probably something to do at the end of the summer. ...  

Great steaks you got there! It's easy to keep the grill clean, i use Sheila Shine for the outside. While mine is all Trident, I see you went with two being the ceramic bricks. To clean those, just turn the brick assembly upside down and run in high. There... 

At least they make it simple to disassemble and clean. I'm not capable of fixing a car or even adjusting my watch bracelets. I know most people here can manipulate spring bars and swap out straps. But the grill is about as "small" as I can handle. Ha ha.
