Is that a basic Big Pilot, or a special edition model?

Not a special edition, but, it is beautiful. I am torn, oddly, between that-I would trade speedmaster towards it, or simply adding black bay 58 blue...yes, a very different watch, but, I prefer vintage style watches or derivatives of them...I was contempl... 

And it’s a true classic 😊 ...

and of the options present, this blue dial is tops, followed by the Heritage titanium version (if still available). I’ve just been searching the forum wondering why IWC or at least the BP doesn’t get more attention/air time despite being such an important...

It does have a nice vintage look with the gilt colored markers and hands. But the titanium makes it lighter on wrist than I’d prefer. So the Petite Prince is the winner. Thanks so much for all the information.
