Two nice pictures of the Panerai Mare Nostrum PAM 8.

I always loved the Mare Nostrum. This is the first Panerai I saw in the real some... 22 years ago. Time flies.

I love this bi-compax chrono with a lot of character.

One of the rare small Panerai ( 42 mm ) I really appreciate.

Best,

Nicolas

No message body

"Gente di mare" from Umberto Tozzi always comes to my mind, when I hear "Mare nostrum"

Umberto Tozzi wrote also "Gloria", a song that LAURA BRiNAGAN covered in a spectacular way! She covered also "Ti amo", also an Umberto Tozzi classic, but in English! Aaah, Laura Brenigan ... "You take my selfcontol!" Sorry, we were talking watches, didn't...

Aaaah, Italian! [nt]

+1!!! ...

A terrific Panerai!

It’s almost unrecognizable as a Panerai without the seemingly ubiquitous crown protector. I personally consider that a big plus in addition to the relatively smaller size. What a nice piece to have in your collection!

Beautiful

I wish Panerai would just educate their customers a little bit and release the Mare Nostrum as a permanent model family in their collection.

A variety including chronographs and three hand movements would also be appreciated. I don't understand why Panerai is letting such a good design go to waste. It would be perfect for non-Paneristi - such as myself - to finally lure them into the brand.

OOF. Total winner here!

produced originally (006-007-008) had very nice T-dials. Unfortunately the "Florentines" had no money to advertise and the Vendome group had no interest whatsoever to market this particular model. The models with the crown guard were more...iconic...and o...

I share your love for the MN dear Nicolas!
