If you’ve seen it what do you think? ...

Lots of fights, car chases, and bullets...

Tastefully done. 😉

Worst of the Daniel Craig Bond movies IMO

 By: vitalsigns : October 8th, 2021-23:57
And Craig is my favorite Bond. For any Bond fan, it's still worth a viewing. The ending was interesting, to say the least.

To say the least.

To me all (almost) Bond movies are great and some are greater. I’ve really enjoyed Craig as Bond and that, I think, has colored my opinion of his 5 movies. I like them all and (heresy-I know) I think he’s been the best Bond. I’m very okay with the franchi...

So far, I haven't been a big fan of the Daniel Craig era Bond films.

 By: patrick_y : October 9th, 2021-01:06
Casino Royale was FANTASTIC. I was floored! It was great; a great Bond, a great villain, and a great portrayal by all the actors. I could really sink my teeth into this movie. The second one, Quantum of Solace, was pretty awful. The third Skyfall, was med...

Absolutely with you on Casino Royale.

Not only my favorite Bond movie by far but among my favorite movies from the 2000's.

Agreed. Brosnan wasn't bad. But I only liked the "Tomorrow Never Dies" 1997 and the last one he did "Die Another Day" 2002.

 By: patrick_y : October 10th, 2021-03:56
But yes, Casino Royale was the best Bond movie in the past 20 years by far!

Every Bond film needs a beautiful lady who's a double agent!

 By: patrick_y : October 10th, 2021-03:57
And some of the Daniel Craig ones are missing a well developed double agent role.

To make it simple,

I saw it last week, I think I’ll return next week!

Will go see it a second time,

want to sort out for myself if the things that bugged me initially will keep irritating me. That is to say, I want to like it more than I did. Script issues. Craig's acting, for one, is outstanding I think and so are the fight scenes. You rarely get to se...

A magnificent piece of art!

And that scene with the Swedish actress in Jakarta is just superb!

As a true die hard Bond fan, I consider this to be a total flop. Perhaps a little to grown up for me. Not enough gadgets and really nothing new. The villain was poor.

 By: nasseriq : October 9th, 2021-19:19
yes a few a good action scenes. I have discussed this extensively with friends. I understand that if you are not a bond fan per se, this is a fantastic film. But if you grew up with the Connery films, this one does not fit the bill. Just my view and I acc...

What I fear...

Don’t fear the reaper.

Just go see it.

Seems polarizing, and everything in between.

 By: TheMadDruid : October 10th, 2021-10:29
With one pproviso, I thought it was terrific. I have enjoyed the epical change in tone exhibited by the Graig Bond vs. the earlier ones. He is of his time.

Well we’re on the same page.

and am torn - a good action movie and a typical Bond (saving the world). A weak villain character (but there have been many in the franchise in every decade), few gagdets (no problem), a pretty weird and constructed story (my biggest issue) trying to arra...

Absolutely.

Saw it tonight with my 9 yr old son.

 By: Stoikos : October 10th, 2021-23:51
I’ve mixed feelings. I have loved Craig as Bond. And though, like many, I disliked Spectre when I first saw it, it’s surprisingly grown to be my favorite Bond film. In my opinion it was a strong film, and truly moving at parts, but not exactly a Bond film...
