Back in 16th place at the moment. It seems that his revolutionary designed boat is struggling: closed cockpit, short deck plan, and oversized foils... The last race took around 70 days which could put the first boat across the line around mid-January. Cas... 

Interesting to see that the are bringing high and complex tech (foil) on such a long, enduring and demanding race. They are really pushing the limits! Best, E.

So now I'm following the ladies. Isabelle is racing competitively. Sam has an old boat and is toughing it out. Clarisse...wow, never seem somebody so upbeat in every single video dispatch. What a race. So much respect for all the competitors.

Regarding the time spent rescuing Kevin Escoffier (PRB), and after evaluating the impact on their race, the Vendée Globe international jury awarded Boris Herrmann (currently in 2nd place) 6 hours of compensation, Yannick Bestaven (currently in 5th place) ...
