Great answer...

I agree with many of the posts made here
But there’s a but...
Honestly I don’t get some points, some days ago I had a tough exchange of opinions with a Moderator who is playing funny (for him if I may) jokes on some pieces of a specific brand (call it the new road for this brand, by new I mean released over the last few years), labeling them as pieces for “tourists” or for “happy hour men”, basically underlying that these pieces are crap and the owners do not understand the heritage of the brand...
I signaled to the moderator that probably he was crossing the border in most of his post, receiving answers in line with how he used to behave...
At some point I decided to write publicly that I would be in contact with other Moderators to report an attitude which I didn’t like
By then I received probably the worst mail ever received in my entire life (I’d like to be younger, but I’m not...), in which this Moderator in a very unpolite and nasty way wrote me basically not to participate anymore to WPS...
From that day I decided NOT to be an active member, till I read this thread
What I was trying this guy to understand is exactly what someone mentioned here: be careful when you type because someone of us (or you at this point) could be offended by some assertive posts and opinions...
In any case I don’t give what you want on this guy, now I come back to my quiet place, where I will read everything and not posting anymore, so I won’t ruin WPS, but be aware that now I see more toxic posts than before
I kindly inform the gentleman I’m referring to do what he will prefer, comment, elaborate on what I wrote, write that I’m a liar, write that I didn’t respect WPS rules with any (if not all) of my posts, but DO NOT even think to contact again me via PM!!!
Enjoy your journey here... lots of kind people!!! 🙏🙏🙏
Ciao e addio (now feel free to cancel my post because I wrote 3 words in Italian... as you did when I was only trying to put a stop in our dispute...)

I believe we could glean that Hublot for most isn't very high up on the list of favorite brands among the collectors on this site... it certainly isn't my favorite either, but direct attacks on a brand just because it doesn't gel with your personal tastes...
You’re not offending me

My opinion, we don’t need any further examples of this type, it’s negativity that none of us need at this moment.

The second one is the one raising the biggest flag, suggesting that physical violence towards women is acceptable. It's important to have some sensitivity in terms of how some messages may be perceived even not intended as such, see the recent vw fiasco.

Hublot have been an important contributor to the world of watches that we all enjoy and was an independent manufacturer for almost 30 years. Industry legend, Jean-Claude Biver became the CEO in 2004 and worked wonders with the brand, introducing many inno...
