Help identify this Girard-Perregaux
This GP was made sometime in 1955-56. The model number is 6859 but that’s all I have been able to find out. I have been searching the internet for years and have never seen one with a faceted bezel like this. GP cannot tell me if this watch is unique, or how many were made. They cannot even tell me if all 6859’s were made the same. My father found the watch in the early 60’s so we’ve had it for a long time. Please excuse it’s dirty condition.
