Chopard LUC Lunar One.
Another superb Chopard, another superb LUC: The perpetual calendar in platinum (100 pieces ) or in rose gold ( curiously rarer, 25 pieces ).
The case is 43 mm big, 11, 41 mm high, which could be a bit too big for me, for this kind of watch, I mean, but which is total class and serves the purpose of Legibility.
The dial side is pure ravishment:
The rose gold is warmer, for sure, not less charming, either.
When I see the case back and the size of the movement, I can't help thinking that two or three millimeters less wold have been even more perfect.
But we'll all agree that this micro rotor is a pure marvel. With a high level of decoration and finishings, 65 hours power reserve and, cherry on the cake, it is ALSO a Chronometer.
Now, the question is: Platinum or Rose gold?
Personally, I would still vote for the platinum. But the rose gold is something, too!

I liked the version with Arabic numerals
The Roman numerals seemed too cut up for my taste: But there was this dial too: Cazalea PS -- and possibly this prototype? with retrograde date before the big date window below 12? ...
Not Prototype
The last one is the „Luna d‘Oro“; not a prototype, but another watch from the time before L.U.C. It has no Chopard movement. A FP I think; no glass caseback.
