Jaeger Lecoultre Amvox II Racing Paris Boutique Edition / Rolex Daytona Paul Newman 6264.

At first thought, the title may surprise you. There is nothing common between these two.
The Jaeger Lecoultre houses an in house automatic movement, a big PVD case ( 44 mm ), an original dial AND, most of all, no chrono pushers.
The Rolex has a 37 mm steel case, an outsourced manual winding movement ( Valjoux 72 ), a classic dial and pushers.
BUT... This is the obvious racing spirit which is the common link between these two.
The raison d' ĂȘtre of this photo was quite evident, for me.
Best,
Nicolas
