I can not see that, unfortunatly.
First, we do not wear clothes for pocket watches.
Second, pocket watches are bad for showmen, nobody see the watch in a pocket.
Third, the pocket watch generation is in the third and last part of their life, this generation knew pocket watches from their grandfather. The young generation never had contact with this type of watches and generally they are not very interested in watches. That could change with age, but not to pocket watches. May be to status symbols like PP, AP, VC, and naturally Rolex, Omega or Cartier, when they make good money. This is a question of marketing, but nobody makes marketing for pocket watches.

This Pocket Watch is an 8-day movement, and the little window indicates the power reserve (in days) which in the current state is down hence the red indicator
