tony 'neck-of-the-woods', although for the price tags the homes themselves are rather generic in design and layout. One could easily imagine something more uniquely compelling when spending $20+M on a home....

in L.A. you get anything and everything in real estate one could ever imagine. As I mentioned to Casey above, the Bel-Air homes, including this one, tend to be very much conservative in design and layout. Yes, the home has a swimming pool and tennis court...

the last album I was listening to was the fairly new (released in 2020) 'Sketches in Jazz' by venerable composer Jan Hammer - one of my top-three composers of all time . There could have been some subconscious effect here .... Cheers, Filip
