Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Hurácan Review quick review

Hey there! 🙌

I wanted to share my latest watch acquisition with you - the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán. It's a gift to myself for my upcoming birthday next week, and I'm thrilled to add it to my collection! 🎁💪

As always, my reviews focus on the visual aspects, so please enjoy the images of this incredible timepiece 📷.

I first fell in love with Roger Dubuis' avant-garde design when I bought my first Excalibur in 2015. While that watch is no longer with me, I couldn't resist the brand's latest bold models, and the Excalibur Spider Huracán is no exception. Its monochromatic grey look is stunning and stands out from anything else in my collection. 🔥

The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán has a face that reminds me of Transformers - it's a very powerful look, and it looks great in the sun! ☀️

I've always been a little unsure about whether the 50-meter water resistance is enough for the pool. What do you think? 🏊‍♂️

The watch is powered by the RD630, a movement developed specifically for the partnership with Lamborghini Squadra Corse 🏎️. The calibre features a twin barrel power supply, which allows it to reach a power reserve of 60 hours ⚡. Its structure is designed to resemble a supercar engine, with strut-bars forming a visible signature. The rotor is designed like a supercar wheel rim 🏎️, and the balance is tilted by 12°, making it a unique feature that catches the eye 👀.

Overall, the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán might not be everyone's style, but it's definitely mine 😍.

While I don't own a Lamborghini, I can't help but feel like I've got one on my wrist with the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán! 🏎️😎

Thanks for watching !
Christian

Does it come with a secure box for locking it up at night? Fantastic watch -- reminds me of a fusion of the best elements of Linde Werdelin and Armin Strom. Congratulations! Cazalea

👏thank you! no secure box 😅 and is very light and comfortable

Perfect when you like the car, but do not want to make the air dirty. For transport i guess you use your EQS. Congrats, and thanks for the incredible pictures.

thank you 👏

That really is a cool timepiece. Regarding your watches turning heads I'm sure your red Hublot gets attention as well.

thank you 👏! Well said! The red spirit of big bang has also the most wrist time lately

I am definitely moving away from more classic (and boring to me😅) designs. Pehraps the hublot, due to the color, is even bolder 🧐

Huge congrats and already HB🙏🏻🤗

compared to more clean & classic dial the watch in the metal is much more exciting. A very futuristic look
