It Finally Arrived - 6119R

Sep 16, 2022,13:45 PM

Yesterday was a wonderful day! I received an email from the AD informing me that my 6119R has finally arrived. I couldn’t wait and headed to collect it straight away. The watch wears beautifully! The hobnail bezel really does catch the eye! As this is more of a daily wear, thinking of adding the deployment clasp and changing the strap, be good to know your thoughts.

Have a great weekend friends!

Very nice watch If you ask me buying a PP deployant clasp for her is a bit of an overshoot looking at the price of those pieces . The pin and buckle is fine

Very handsome...

I managed to get one for my wife. It’s so thin and light, that we forewent the expensive deployant clasp. Try the watch out with the regular buckle first, I’d say Wear it in good health Hussam (I borrowed her watch for a lake Geneva shot) ...

Thanks! Your wife has good Taste

Congrats on a beautiful watch! Wear it in good health! I’m really impressed by the new movement in these pieces.

As for the deployant vs pin buckle, I personally find a pin buckle to be more comfortable, especially for daily wear. But a deployant is less prone to having the watch potentially slip from your wrist and fall when putting it on or taking it off. For that...

I think you are right!

I love the 6119. It’s a perfect Patek offering - classic, stylish, with perfect proportions and a fantastic movement… To me, one of the very best pieces in PP‘s current collection. Enjoy it on many happy days!

Thank you

Beautiful model. Congratulations

If it were me, I'd forego the (expensive) deployant last, as I find it typically adds too much bulk on the underside of my wrist, and makes it look unbalanced, especially with a relatively thin watch. For straps, I'd place an order for a custom one at Cam...

Beautiful watch.
