I think you made a great choice with that one and also the 5960! ;-) The 5396 Tiffany limited edition is currently available at a known grey dealer if you are interested (but for an insane price!). 


Here's two of my favorites with a black dial (and in general! ;-), from pictures taken during a Salon visit (refs. 6002 and 6300, the latter now available with a blue dial only).

but this is evtremely unusual special model!! and I know that the famous dealer you said is having #5396Tiffany. It is very expensive but I think it may be reasonable judging from its rarety
