The WS for the 20th of November - ‘Incognito’ - is live
Nov 20, 2020,06:10 AM
I do apologize for starting this one late but the day was super hectic. Irrespective, here it is.
Any watch that flies below the radar, that you use when you do not want the watch to be recognized.
EDIT - now I have a moment to add on the post 😊
So here’s mine to start with:
The Habring2 Foudroyante - to the uninitiated a quartz watch with an iffy battery 😂
The Erwin - even harder to tell to the regular person that it’s not a quartz fashion watch 😊
Both of the Habrings are very dear to us, as they are our wedding anniversary pieces. No prizes for guessing how many years 😉
Then the Gorbachev style Raketa Big Zero. Not one that is likely to raise suspicion, even if it is readable from outer space - and never has a 35mm watch worn so large 👍🏻
Then the ultra slim, hand wound Seiko SCVL002. A 1,98mm movement from the 1960s, shaped movement in a round watch, and completely incognito.
Wishing you a great weekend ahead and looking forward to seeing your entries!
And as usually, open till 17.00 GMT on Sunday 👍🏻
