Watch Of The Week ...

Jun 30, 2019,10:28 AM

This title is consistently difficult to judge as the entries are of such a high standard.

To start with I would like to congratulate everyone that posted watches.

Honorable mentions this week go to halkcb - Henry for the superb Bulover....

But then I can’t fail to mention this Aquanaut from Subexplorer - Abel ...

But my winner of Watch Of The Week is....
Nicolas with the beautiful Longines. The “leather” patina is simply superb, Congratulations Nicolas !

Have a great week friends !
The Captain

I hade a few favourites this week but embracing the concept of "colour" I found this strap combination to be the most vibrant and as a "static shot" thought the composition was very interesting with lots of new things to do in the picture. I was as enthra...

My debut as a judge and I'm faced with a (nearly) impossible task! For those of you on the + side of UTC I apologize for the lateness of my final judgement, but I've a full afternoon (here in the Midwest, UTC -6) and won't be able to give my final verdict...

All right, Purists… Here are my (FH) thoughts.

First and foremost—call it cliche if you must—how lucky we all are to participate in such a supportive community! From our uber-experienced moderators to the least (myself, certainly) of us... fellows (male as well as female) in this fascinating forum. Th...

You were right, that was not an easy task to decide!

CONGRATS to the winners!

Yes! And what I failed to make clear in my post was the fact that this choice of dial/strap combination was obviously no accident!

 By: halgedahl : July 1st, 2019-06:35
There are many configurations of this watch on the market. It was your choice that deserved the award. So kudos, again. And yes, I'd be pleased as punch to find that Angelus in my Christmas stocking! FH

Wow huge thanks dear Halgedahl 🙏🏻 and offcourse our friend KMII for hosting this weeks WS
