Pleased to discover (belatedly) today that my 3800 Type XX 'T Swiss T' was produced for only 1 year: 1994, apparently.

I love these " early " modern Type XX with their warm tritium dial. Superb photo, too. Is this a Minerva tool on the background?

I'm sorry, I don't know. I took the photo from a 'For Sale' (now 'Sold') post. However, the serial number of this watch is 11 from mine (and I'm not such a good photographer).

google „Breguet type xx 1994“ and you’ll find some specimen with the mentioned differences - you‘ll see what we mean...

I used the Breguet website to contact the manufacturer with a serial number and received an answer within 48 hours what year the piece was manufactured and to which AD it was sold.

The 3800 is no longer on Breguet's website so perhaps a re-edition is coming in 2021?
