I sent it May 15th to Blancpain they are telling me ship back on November 20th . Is 6 months normal turn around ? Thanks

to me your comment sounds too much like a simple hearsay statement. Many owners have different experience with Blancpain service - I for my part cannot complain at all. But I live in a country with a boutique and service centre, so it may be a totally dif...

a friend is waiting now over 8 month for service and replacement of the safir luenette for his FF anniversary.... it is like Jaguar in the 70th.... you should buy a second watch for the intevalls between services... best Stephan

I won't name names--that makes it too red hot. But one EXTREMELY famous Geneva brand took 11 months to service a watch and then got it wrong. It had to go back to them 9 times and the service celebrated its third anniversary! That is my worst experience. ...
