Breguet: Masterpieces from the Asprey Collection (1994) Order Form

Asked privately but I'll answer publicly for clarification (hopefully I'm not repeating myself): the enclosed image has appeared in sundry Breguet posts and it was asked if the the book: Masterpieces from the Asprey Collection: Volume One: Abraham-Louis Breguet (Quartet Books Ltd, 1994) was available in a softbound version as suggested by the enclosed pictures? The answer (I think) is no; what we see is the order form for the book: a four-page pamphlet of sorts.

Note: to my knowledge the publisher may still have a handful of the books as I met a person that received the book (numbered above 100) directly from the publisher in 2023 (I think)...for the rabid Breguet fan, the book may be the epitome of spendthrift decadence.
