Since it was a "vintage" RO, it had to go back to it's birth place for a service. Cost of service was about usd6000, from the papers i think 70% of the movement was replaced. No WR warranty though, since it's vintage. Repair took bout 8-9months.

On my short ride back from Mt Fuji on bullet train, impression was that its very stable. Didnt spend too much time going "high speed" though. Would love to one day try this new one out. Grand class looks awesome.
I accept that different country will have varying levels of service quality, afterall we are human. Though living in Malaysia i have only used 2 RSC and both were not in Malaysia. One i used twice in San Francisco (excellent!) and once Taiwan....
Looks like calling Swiss is the only choice i have right now to get an email. Yes i kept the receipt, but the fact that Taiwan RSC didnt input my service database leaves me kinda upset. And now the Malaysia RSC has to "investigate", no fault on their...
