I am even more picky about Japanese beer...
Only Sapporo will do because it is the last major Japanese brewery that uses 100% malt with water and yeast. Occasionally, the sister brew Yebisu is taken for the same reason but also for nostalgia as I lived a few stops from Ebisu on the Yamanote railway...
