I was going to say redialed at least due to the missing "SWISS" at the bottom, but other similar watches on here are missing that as well.

It's quite real, but has a history. The dial has been cleaned up and the hands replaced. The movement is cal 453 with the geneva seal. Very rare. Case looks good. Wear it in good health.
