Has anyone put their Maxi Marine on leather?

Would love to see how this watch would look on a nice congac leather strap. Anyone here have any shots of this UN on another strap other than the oem rubber and titanium?

Like a distressed leather or something? I was thinking a congac calf or cordovan would be pretty handsome.

Yes, but not sure I got the colour right with the strap...

Haven't tried again for a couple of years, maybe it's time. Cheers, Tim ...

I like the way it changes the look. I agree perhaps the color is off for your blue dial but damn does that look cool and different. I tried to use my spring bar tool to swap my UN strap but it gave a lot of resistance so I stopped messing with it. I'll ha...

Fantastic!

That looks great! I mean a congac colored leather. Like this: But I'm not going to pass up a glass of congac, either! 😁 ...

A cognac-colour strap is a good companion for a black-faced watch ...

.... and would also look attractive with the grey dial of your Maxi Diver, but with a silver or white dial, I think there are many option that are better. Marcus

What else are you thinking would look good? I could see a grey gator with blue stitching to match the hands. Or maybe a navy gator with tone-on-tone stitching. I love to think about strap and stitching combos, so feel free to provide your ideas!
