JLC EWC hell...
hey, everyone.
I have a very frustrating story to tell and need you advice:
last november i bought an EWC (steel), which had some troubles: the 24h ring had like 45min of play, the watch went back to jlc and this issue got ajusted (but never went fully away). After that i had some problems with one of the compressor crowns (was supertigt and felt like metal on metal somewhere): again the watch went to jlc, came back with a report that the crown has been "adjusted" but i couldnt see any difference in operation. i was so frustrated by this, i sold the EWC, but kep missing it.
So last friday i went to another AD and got myself a new EWC. On sunday the chrono function stopped working (actually it halts the watch, when the chorno reaches 45 sec). Now my SECOND EWC is being sent to JLC.
that the hell is going on here? i spent almost € 20t with JLC within 9 months and both were broke. I am so enraged i dont really know what to do? i´m considering talking to the JLC rep for my country, but what shold i ask for ?
please help!!
