less 'busy', if the subdial were just a smaller version of the main dial, with a concentric 12-hour counter and 60-minute counter. That way it could function as a very intuitive extra time-zone watch as well as a chrono and annual calendar.
I think when I order mine from Patek, I will request this mofification. It would only require different gearing to slow the minutes counter down by 1/2, plus a modified dial treatment, of course. >;^)
