I more like the position of GS logo on dial which more symmetry than the new Grand Seiko. Wish you like it.

A very nice GS but the buttons are too prominent for me. They harm the harmony of this timepiece

I agree with you on that sentiment! They did make them quite substantial! Cheers, Filip

It's a bias from Seiko so why not. They make me think to the ones you have in the Jaeger Master Compressor Extreme World Chrono but they have a better integration and sense in this latter one

I am definitely on the lookout for a Spring Drive chronograph but have so far primarily been looking at the SBGB versions, with their smaller pushers. Great piece - and when you have the time do by all means share some more impressions!

And I agree with you, the symmetry is better with the 'old' branding. But the 'new' branding is wonderful on the time-only recreations.

The buttons are one of the main reasons I bought this watch. They are amazingly crisp and precise! Well defined: ready, set & GO! However, I don't get the Japanese aesthetics tho.......
