Despite of the fact that manual movements are, in my opinion unbeatable, I think that micro rotors are a really nice feature if somebody wants or needs an automatic but does not want to hide the beauty of the finishings. Nowadays micro rotors are widely

in really important watches because if memory serves me well all the minute repeater of Patek have a micro rotor (maybe even the ones with minute repeater and tourbillon). Regarding this Dubuis I think that this is just amazing and the micro rotor fits ve... 

Micro rotors are in Chopard LUCs and Parmigiani Fleuriers, not to mention Bvlgari Octo Finissimos.

Lehmann has a (mainly) sapphire crystal rotor, and Carl F Bucherer has a non-central pivot peripheral rotor, which I believe they have patented. Micro rotors aren’t renowned for their efficiency, which may explain the relative lack of proliferaton, but I’...
