NEW Richard Mille models

Jul 24, 2017,00:09 AM

Hey All,

I have to be honest in that Im not liking the new RM designs this year?

The early designs were far more beautiful and I really hope something changes
soon and he releases some new and sophisticated designs with high complications.

Looking forward to seeing what he does with Aston Martin.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

Feel the exact opposite.

RM is constantly pushing the envelope and as always it's a love/hate sort of scenario often (take 27-03). Love how they keep expanding lines (new 67's) and materials. THAT is what is exciting to me. Think the 011-03 redesign is perfect (and that is rare t...

May we have an RM family portrait?

It'd be cool to see a few pics, singularly or group shots. If you wouldn't mind, would you share a little on how you have approached your RM collecting? Your comments on what makes RM exciting to you are appreciated.

No magic. I just buy what I like.

Strangely I LOVE the Richard Mille RM 052 Skull | RM 052 Titanium

It's skeleton case and movement even though it is a skull is well balanced and proportioned. The new pieces are looking like coloured candy!

I haven't been impressed lately at all with the new offerings as of yet

Maybe the new AM RM could be hopeful fingers crossed To me nothing yet compares to the below references RM002 RM004 and 8 but 4 is my fav RM10 a classic RM009 RM12 RM21 RM27 and 27-1 And the case of the RM63-1 dizzy hands

I agree 100%

The much older RM references are classics and more appealing than the new coloured candy. I feel RM is going backwards in terms of design and appeal. I really hope too that the AM RM is an outstanding mix of innovation and beautiful design... something re...

LOL. Ok. [nt]

Oh and yes the RM004 is stunning!

This was when I loved Richard Miles design and work... it's no longer this and needs to be. I find the more recent designs tacky. Fingers crossed for a beautiful AM RM collaboration.

That's true. RM is moving forward and they are doing a great job to grow the brand.

Can't disagree there. I am really excited about the AM RM piece to come

ASTON MARTIN VALKYRIE

The AM Valkyrie is a pretty beautiful piece of design, materials and technology. Perhaps RM could design the wrist racing machine to have spring loaded pop up doors that reveal the Watch movement/engine? Just do something really cool... obviously tasteful...

I hope RM doesn't over engineer it

AM is sophisticated elegance and so should the new AMRM if it will follow suit the new RM50-03 then that's over engineering I hope they take a different approach this time around specially considering the wide array of AMs as opposed to McClaren

Agree with you and great collection btw

Don't get me wrong I'm all for pushing forward and raising the bar my true issue is with the design itself or its elements to be specific like for example the 27-03 the movement is what I love as I want from an UBER RM but aesthetically a total mess in y ...

Well, as usual when brands evolve

their might be things we find better and others we don't like as much. I'm also a great fan of the first 10 or 15 years. However, I don't see some new watches (more colourful) as replacing models but more as an addition to the collection to offer a wider ...

RM 50-03 Tourbillon Split seconds

Would love to experience this racing machine in person as I'm sure it handles and looks much nicer than the pics I have seen. Insane piece and I continue to wonder what comes next and how can RM top this complexity?
