Rolex:
I'm waiting for Rolex to REALLY be incremental. Like depth rating of 300m going to 310m. And then two years later...325m. And then big celebration for 350m depth rating. The rest of the watch stays the same though. Whooo hoo.

I cannot. I have 3 kids. I can't have so much time on my hands.

Rolex Submariner 14060. Practical. Tough. Will tick for at least 40 hours after I have stopped ticking.

Food & Wine:
A magnificent lunch. Not enough restaurants serve bone marrow. Steak tartare looked delicious. What was the dessert? And I love the copper pans. Because I cook with the same. Ha ha.

Rolex:
More photos please. Nothing better than a well loved "vintage" watch.

I tell young people about 2010. Nobody believes that you could walk into a watch shop and actually buy the watch you wanted.

Automotive:
Get with the times. Go electric. Go green. I have a coal fired generator at the back of my house that charges all my electric devices.

Have not seen it. Looks interesting. I will be sure to watch it too. Thanks. If you enjoy French cinema I would highly recommend "Portrait of a Lady on Fire" (Portrait de la jeune fille en feu).
