....I have commented before that a date is the most useful complication, and a big date is special. I really think a Grande Reverso in steel with a big date like the Lange would be a winner as an office watch . Not that I'd be unhappy with either of these!
...and I would be happy with any one of them! I like the warmth of the 1907 compared to the Jubilee (at least it looks a warm rose gold in the first picture, although more of a yellow gold in later pictures). I love the idea of the enamel dial, but agree with those who prefer it without the writing.
..but they still have the alpha hands and big cases which have been dropped with such good results in the MC. The 8 day I was talking about is a the Master 8- days which seems to have been discontinued, not the Perpetual Calendar. Is there any chance that it might be brought back in an updated versi

I had hoped that JLC were returning to more elegant and wearable sizes. Second, I don't think that the blue seconds hand looks right on a gold watch. With a w
….I find it too big and thick - the case is similar to my Rolex Explorer 2 which is a sports watch. I know that the current taste is for big watches but I think it has lost the elegance of the 37mm version. I just find the "big date" and an 8-day movement are both interesting and attractive features
A Reverso ultra-thin with a "big date". In the MC models, a return to slightly smaller and more elegant cases, and more use of the dauphine hands. I think JLC finally got the hands right on the new MC Date. Let's have more! I love both a big date and an 8-day movement as interesting and practical fe
