Cartier: Clocks is a specialty

You really have to tool up to make clocks and this is not an easy task. Setting up a clock production line takes as much as making a watch production line. Cartier is one of the few brands that still make high quality clocks, they other that comes to mind is Jaeger-LeCoultre. Also, both have a very

Bulgari: Was Gerald Genta involved in the design?

It seems a bit odd; merging two famous designs that Gerald Genta created for two compedators and introducing it as a Bvlgari/Daniel Roth because the basic shape somewhat looks like his original collection. Piaget: Two hands still make the best looking watches

Very elegant with the that enamel dial. Also love the fact that the Roman numerals are so nice and thin. Reminds me of the early Tank models of Cartier. Martin

Cartier: I have to agree

They look indeed a lot skinnier then on the Dumont 1913. Perhaps a minor adjustment made by Cartier to give the watch more body?

Cartier: Pictures?

Hi SJX, I'm kind of stunned by this news, because it is actually a BIG thing! Not many watchmanufacturers make their own quartz-movements! Piaget, JLC, Rolex & Girard-Perregaux are the only ones that come to mind right now. Do you have pictures of these movements? I'm also very curious to know when
