A side by side comparison: 372 and 716

May 19, 2017,01:30 AM

Dear Gentlemen,

As i haven't got the opportunity yet to put my hands on a Mare Nostrum , i decided to "virtually" compare it with a 372.

I was worried about the 42mm, i thought it might be small. Actually it doesn't, mainly due to its long lugs. Now, I'm even thinking it's the perfect size.
Next step: print it at the right scale, cut it and try the paper version on my wrist  smile

Then i'll patiently wait until i have e real one in my hands to finally decide if the trigger will be pulled or not.
My main problem, patience isn't part of my vocabulary wink

Thanks for watching and HAGWE

Fabio

47 is actually too big for most.

44 is max that I can pull off. 42 will be comfy. But not "in your face Panerai".

The "paper" wrist shot

regardless of wrist sizes, of how well it does fit a wrist or another, a 42mm Panerai will always be a...small...Panerai, in my eyes The 42mm NM was, de facto, the first "compromise" Panerai made in the pursuit of....money

Of course you may...

Nobody is perfect And i guess they keep pursuing money by issuing this reedition... But it just looks so good !! Anyway, as you like to say, "whatever floats your boat", isn't it Best regards Fabio
