Possible but inconsistent
It is definitely possible as JLC has already made complicated reversos - with repeater for instance. I think that memovox reverso would be a bit inconsistent with the brand.
Why Not?
If you think that the Reverso has carried useful functions before - chronograph, worldtimer etc. - so a memovox alarm would actually be a nice watch to travel with.
