Gone but not forgotten: Jaeger Lecoultre Master 8 Days Perpetual Skeleton.

Oct 24, 2016,01:40 AM

... In platinum:

A blend of horology and art.  THAt was my favorite perpetual calendar. I owned several, from several brands, I ended with this one only, and sometimes, I regret having let it go, even if it was for a good cause.

The play of light was incredible.

As for legibility, it is not really a problem since we admire time more than we read it.

Best,

Nicolas

Love it. The rose gold version is great as well.

Adds a bit of sensuality to the coolness of the platinum heavyweight. And the rhodium movement is a nice contrast with the rose gold case. Cheers, John

such a skeleton with a source of light below, something diffuse such as a negative lightbox? Or even just a source? It would certainly make something interesting, in addition to making the watch "shine"!!

Stunning watch
